  Job Description

  The opportunity

  We are looking for Quality Engineer who is able to manages, coordinates business and technical team to execute testing and ensuring deliver the best quality to business.

  You shall work with dynamic, professional, and strong core values organization

  Responsibilities

  Hands-on experience with functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, mobile testing, big data testing, cross platform testing, component testing, security testing, performance testing, UI/UX testing, A/B testing.

  Automation and/or Manual Testing for Insurance product

  Up-to-date knowledge of the latest testing developments.

  Performance testing

  Design independent testing cases for newly developed and existing applications.

  Provide feedback to developers about automated testing strategies, design fixes, and patches.

  Design Test plan write test case and independent execute test cases for newly developed and existing applications.

  Provide feedback to Requirements and Business Analysts on the relationship between requirements development and testing cases.

  Perform system load tests for new and existing products.

  Work with developers and Business/Requirements Analysts to standardize and streamline application testing.

  Work with other development technicians to document the quality processes for replication in other environments.

  Manage testing projects during each phase, according to the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  Experience with Xray, Jira testing

  Excellent verbal and written communication

  Good English communication

  Make improvements to functionality, design, and usability of new products.

  This role report to Head of IT Delivery. You are IT quality engineer to ensure quality of delivery for application. Working very closely with Business, project team to understand demand and testing for digital projects.

  What we are looking for

  Life Insurance domain knowledge

  Experience with Data Migration testing

  Good communication in both English and Vietnamese

  Design test plan, test case and execution test

  Automation testing skillset.

  Ensure system quality before promoting to production.
