Responsibilities:
Ensure employee data is correct and up to date
Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations
Stays up-to-date and complies with changes in labor legislation
Perform, develop and report on exit interviews
Perform regular reports on Key HR Metrics
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
Conduct or assist with new hire orientation
Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization- wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties and retirement celebrations
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics , like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Requirement and skills:
Bachelor's degree in related fields required
A Minimum of 2 years work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
HR Diploma is a plus
Efficiently running and presenting HR Analytics
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy
