　　Description:

　　Directly works with the Assembly Quality Team to drive quality characteristic improvement in Mission Assembly, to ensure a high quality product for our end customers.

　　• Daily follow up of production related check sheets and quality documents

　　• Data collection, analysis, interpretation

　　• Daily investigation escalations from QTC or QS.

　　• Roll up and present quality related reports to management (QMC, weekly, monthly, etc.)

　　• Facilitate and ensure 5P C/M investigations and progress.

　　• Facilitate and ensure PDCA (Plan/Do/Check/Act) for daily quality problems.

　　• Support complex analysis

　　Desired Skill Set:

　　• Engineering Experience (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing)

　　• Production environment (i.e. assembly line) experience

　　• Minimal travel, OT as needed (typically 10-20%)

　　-systems but Honda will have to teach them

　　-six sigma or green belt

　　-put together presentations

　　-Transmissions

　　-Automotive - not a deal breaker
