Work you'll do/Responsibilities

This is a lead role that will be supporting our external client's subscription business. We are looking for a hands-on consultant who thrives in a collaborative environment, shares new ideas and pitch in where needed.

Support client IT landscape

Translate functional requirements into design docs and deliverables.

Attend meetings and share updates

Coordinate with client and internal teams in India

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Minimum of 11 years' experience working in FI-CA covering areas of master data, transactional postings, payment run:

Master Data: BP, CA - Ability to display, review, including custom fields; understanding of payment run settings on master data, including locks.

Transactional data: - understanding of BITs, FI-CA postings, account determination and posting areas, ability to execute account display, view reconciliation keys and understanding of their transfer to GL

Payment run: ability to execute, review logs, understanding of receivables clearing, application of locks, downloading of run logs, extraction of data from database tables for validation.

7+ years' experience working as a BRIM Lead

5+ years' experience with downloading data into Excel and apply formulas

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be able to start by 9/9/2024
