Main Duties:

　　Coordinate the containment and long-term resolution of complaints from customers, providing systematic responses.

　　Visit customers

　　Check and inspect stock at Supply Tech Minneapolis.

　　Interface with a variety of commercial and quality personnel from customers, Supply Technologies, and our North American suppliers

　　Perform CAR (Corrective Action Requests) follow-ups and visits / audits.

　　Provide back-up for first article submissions.

　　Perform Gage R&R studies as required

　　2+ years' exp. with basic inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers)

　　Nice to Have / Preferred:

　　ISO 9001 exp.

　　Experience w/ fasteners (metals) and/or distribution

　　SPC software

　　Gage calibration and Gage R&R

　　APQP exp.

　　Six Sigma

　　Supervisory exp. (of Inspectors)
