　　Врши монтажа и испитување на подсклопови и производи

　　Главни одговорности:

　　Чита и применува техничка документација;

　　Обезбедува и подготвува потребен алат и помагала за монтажа на производите пристигнати со работен налог;

　　Врши подготовка на позициите за монтажа со нивно чистење (бришење, продувување и одмастување);

　　Врши визуелна контрола на работните површини од позициите кои треба да се монтираат;

　　Врши монтажа на подсклопови, склопови и цели производи со употреба на соодветен алат и специјални направи, помагала, преси за набивање, дупчалки, лепи со соодветен лепак;

　　При монтажата позициите ги замастува со употреба на масти пропишани во техничко- технолошката документација;

　　Користи динамометарски клучеви и пополнува извештај за динамометарскиот клуч според стандардите;

　　Врши подготовка за испитување на монтираните производи (поврзување на пробница според шема дадена во мерниот лист со приклучоци и црева со соодветен проток, нагодување на ходови на сопирачки цилиндри, отварање на соодветна програма за испитување и сл.)

　　За испитаните апарати пополнува испитни листи со резултати од испитувањето, врши снимање на дијаграми и меморирање на дијаграми и мерни листи каде што тоа е предвидено и со потпис гарантира за исправноста на испитаните апарати;

　　Испитаните апарати (производи) ги идентификува со монтирање на натписна табличка претходно пополнета со податоци дадени во работниот налог;

　　Врши демонтажа, повторна монтажа и испитување на апарати пристигнати за ремонт;

　　Врши сервисирање на производи на терен по основа на рекламација или испитување на прототипско возило;

　　По потреба извршува и други работни операции.

　　Квалификации:

　　Минимални барања: Машински техничар, електро-техничар или друго образование со соодветна обука или искуство. Задолжително познавање на Македонски јазик.

　　Предност: Најмалку 1 година слично работно искуство

　　Position Summary :

　　Performs assembly and testing of sub-assemblies and products.

　　Major Responsibilities:

　　Reads and applies technical documentation;

　　Provides and prepares the necessary tools and aids for assembling the products arrived with a work order;

　　Prepares assembly positions by cleaning them (wiping, producing and degreasing) if glue is applied);

　　Performs visual control of desktops from positions to be assembled;

　　Assembles sub-assemblies, assemblies and whole products using appropriate tools and special tools, aids, compacting presses, drills, adhesives with appropriate glue according to technical documentation, etc. fill in a checklist if any for that device;

　　During assembling, greases the positions using the fat prescribed in the technical-technological documentation;

　　Uses dynamometer keys and fills in a dynamometer key report by standards;

　　Preparation for testing of assembled products (connection of test piece according to the scheme given in the measuring sheet with suitable flow and hoses, adjustment of brake cylinder hoses, opening of an appropriate test program, etc.);

　　Completes test lists for test devices with test results, captures diagrams and memorizes diagrams and test lists where this is provided and with a signature guarantees the correctness of the devices tested, fills out a checklist if any for that device;

　　Identifies the apparatus (products) examined by assembling a plate previously filled with data given in the work order;

　　Dismantle, reassemble and test appliances for overhaul;

　　Performs field service on the basis of reclamation or prototype vehicle testing;

　　Performs other work operations as needed.

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum Requirements: Machine or electro technician or other education with related training or experience. Macedonian language is a must.

　　Advantage : min. 1 year related work experience
