Your responsibilities include providing continuous Training, Coaching, Evaluations, and feedback to auditors and the Product Integrity Manager. Collaborate closely with the Product Integrity Manager, internal managers, supervisors, and floor leads to prioritize and ensure timely audit/100% inspection of all work orders. Maintain accurate records for daily, weekly, and monthly reports and act as a reliable backup to the Product Integrity Manager. This position is onsite at our Fanatics Facility in Frazeysburg, Ohio / Monday-Friday.Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise the audit team during quality control verification of both unfinished and finished products, ensuring compliance with company specifications.Educate, train, and mentor auditors on advanced quality methodologies.Demonstrate an in-depth understanding and effective communication of Fanatics product quality standards, expectations, and specifications.Review tech packs and art, particularly when preparing inbound audit reports.Keep meticulous records of quality control activities.Uphold objectivity, integrity, and independence in evaluating defects or nonconforming products.Earn and maintain the confidence of co-workers and the Product Integrity Manager in judgment related to defects or non-conformities.Communicate quality rules or guidelines, both verbally and in writing, especially when dealing with nonconforming products.Establish and oversee daily auditor workload, activities, and priorities to ensure efficient operations.Work effectively and efficiently in a structured team setting, displaying resilience under pressure.Conduct regular meetings with auditors to promote consistency and teamwork.Ensure a safe and clean working environment for auditors to complete tasks.Approve strike-offs as needed.Conduct audits as required to maintain quality control standards.Job Requirements:2- 5 years of supervisor or lead experienceExhibit the ability to distinguish colors and achieve a minimum score on the Munsell Color Hue TestCapable decision-maker with a track record of accuracy and reliability
