Quality Control Specialist

　　Key Responsibilities :

　　Apply QC analytical and GC methods

　　Responsible for approval/rejection decisions on fragrance finished products

　　Perform maintenance, calibration/verification of QC analytical instruments

　　Facilitate/lead in QC investigations to provide feedback related to non-conformances and troubleshooting

　　Participate/lead in continuous improvement projects/initiatives

　　Conduct training/coaching to QC technicians and transversal colleagues

　　You bring :

　　BSc/MSc degree OR CFC with +5 years relevant experience in the chemistry industry

　　A laboratory experience in fragrance, flavor, ingredients or any related industry is an asset

　　Thorough team player with strong curiosity and willingness to explore new challenges

　　Effective and positive communication – connecting with others, active listening and articulated and synthetic communication style

　　Effective decision-maker within area of expertise; understanding the value of escalation

　　Good technical understanding, good knowledge of laboratory and procedure (ISO, 5S, QHSE)

　　Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge

　　Fluent in French (C1) and English (C1)
