　　Amereso is searching for a Quality Control Inspector to join our team at the US Department of the Interior in Washington, DC. This is a first shift position from 7am-330pm. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for conducting daily inspections of the facility to ensure site-specific quality control standards are in place with contract specifications.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Conduct daily inspections of the facility to ensure all janitorial services have been performed in a satisfactory manner;

　　Report on facility repairs that are needed;

　　Work with contractors and federal employees to ensure compliance with codes and regulations;

　　Communicate effectively with team members and management;

　　Document findings and report any issues or discrepancies;

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections; and

　　Perform other duties.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Minimum 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) quality control experience in a building, facility, or janitorial environment.

　　Additional Qualifications:

　　Strong communication and documentation skills.

　　Willingness to walk the entire facility daily.

　　Ability to work with a team and interact with other contractors and federal employees.

　　Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or discrepancies.

　　Physical ability to walk up and down stairs frequently.
