  Job Description

  Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, budget constraints, and resource allocation.

  Creating strategies to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client requirements and industry standards.

  Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and preferences.

  Providing regular project updates and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

  Managing and leading a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and support staff.

  Providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success and adherence to project goals.

  Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently.

  Monitoring expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

  Utilizing your consultancy background to provide technical expertise and guidance on complex construction issues.

  Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

  Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in construction processes and final deliverables.

  Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality concerns.

  Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

  Implementing risk management protocols to ensure the smooth progression of construction projects.

  Facilitating effective communication between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

  Collaborating with various departments within the organization to optimize project outcomes.

  Qualifications

  Minimum Bacholar Degree in Engineering

  proven experience of heavy high-rise building projects

  Minimum of 20 years of experience

  Member of Chartered Institue of Building (MCIOB)
