　　Job Description:

　　About the Role:

　　The QA Records Supervisor role at the Dixon location supports operations projects, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. The role also includes oversight and responsibility for all aspects of critical and non-critical document review and the positive release program. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

　　Enforcing all company policies and plant rules, to include but not limited to problem solving, development & implementation of standard operating procedures while maintaining working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.

　　Managing the routine record review process, coordinating and communicating product status, and continuous improvement of document flow.

　　Assisting in all aspects of deviation holds and final disposition to include releasing or destructing product as required.

　　Supporting QA Lab as a back up to other supervisors for the development of daily schedules, allocating labor, and adjusting as needed based on resources.

　　Assisting in audits with record presentation and explanation to auditors, including GFSI, Internal, and Customer/3rd party audits

　　Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies or other quality-related certifications such as HACCP, GMPs, SQF, and other relevant audits.

　　Important Details: This is a full-time on-site role supporting 1st shift plant quality and record needs. Some schedule flexing may be required

　　About You:

　　You’ll fit right in if you have:

　　Strong knowledge of SAP or other inventory/data tracking systems

　　Strong knowledge of document control systems and processes and ability to stay organized and on track

　　Strong communication skills at all levels of management

　　Previous supervisory experience, especially in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing is a plus including food safety experience with aseptic and thermal processing, seaming, hygienic handling, etc.
