Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist II to join the team at Stafford, VA.

　　The Quality Assurance Specialist II helps champion implementation of the ManTech Quality Management System (QMS) on assigned projects to include adhering to defined processes, submitting supporting artifacts, and properly training team members.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Support coordination and scheduling of internal and external audits and appraisals with projects/local personnel

　　Work with projects to resolve corrective actions and findings assigned to projects in a timely manner

　　Participate in gap analysis, audits, and appraisals as needed and support the Quality Management Organization (QMO) to ensure that metric repositories are kept current for each assigned project

　　The Quality Assurance Specialist II takes direction from more senior personnel.

　　Experience/Education:

　　8 years+ related experience required

　　Bachelors Degree required

　　A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

　　Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/Talking and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.

　　Maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.

　　Operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
