JOB REQUIREMENTS: Quality Assurance Specialist - Farm and Food WorkerRelief Program (FFWR) - QUALI001649 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Quality Assurance Verification Specialist Job Responsibilities: * Willperform timely quality reviews/monitoring of FFWR Beneficiary casesusing the UMOS Database System or other designated UMOS system inperforming quality control measures in eligibility determination, reviewof required employment and Identification scanned documents, createtools to capture ongoing trends for training and Technical Assistanceopportunities. * Ensures all intakes, case notes, applications, initialand updated scanned documentation, and beneficiary and staffdocumentation electronically signed or obtained are complete and enteredin the database timely. * Will assess and ensure compliance with PII(personal identifiable information) and troubleshoot Beneficiary intakesto support the FFWR Staff/subrecipients. * Using the database system,maintain required documentation, identify, and resolve FFWR inquiriesand/or problems, and submit a complete application, including properdocumentation to accounting for payment processing. * Consistentlyprovide performance-related feedback and coaching to program staff andsub recipients with a focus on customer services, service and accuracydelivery, and policy/process execution in order to enhance expertise andachieve FFWR outcomes. * Maintains professional and technical knowledgeof the FFWR program regulations, policies, and procedures by attendingand participating in all required training/workshops, reviewingprofessional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarkingstate-of-the-art practices, and participating. * Assist with datacollection and reporting requirements under the FFWR program incoordination with MYCAP and AYEON data review, validation, and errorcorrection to ensure timely response to internal/externalcustomer/funding source information/reporting needs. * Establish andmaintain an effective data collection and reporting system tocommunicate quality assurance outcomes. * Participate in \"clean-up\"systems projects or large-scale systems-related errors and provideprogram staff with accurate systems-related manuals and/or updatedpolicies/procedures. * Conduct Quality Assurance program audits andmake written recommendations to management based on the audit findings.* Communicate trend information and recommend possible solutions toleadership, training, and internal partners for process/performanceimprovement. * Conduct routine coaching interactions for program staffand Subrecipients to support and drive performance expectations throughwritten and verbal communication with colleagues and leadership. *Manage and/or participate in special projects and other duties based onprogram needs, as assigned by QA leadership. * Conduct group monitoringand calibration sessions involving QA teams and leadership. * Displayeffective time management to accurately conduct QA reviews in a timelyfashion while managing other priorities as assigned. * Attend meetings,seminars, and workshops, and perform other duties as assigned.
