　　Our client, a world-class manufacturer and packaging operation for food/beverage ingredients, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for their Memphis area production facility. Qualified candidates will have prior experience within food and beverage as a Quality Assurance Manager. Ideal candidates will have experience influencing employees to follow good manufacturing processes without having to be a direct manager. This is a direct hire opportunity that offers great benefits, pension, and bonus potential. They will also offer relocation assistance to qualified candidates.

　　Promotes safety culture and fosters quality culture across all departments and employees

　　Manages, enhances, and implements quality strategies for the plant

　　Ensure that quality training is up to date and that employees meet training deadlines

　　Leads planning, coordination and execution of quality audits

　　Facilitates investigation and resolution of issues, non-conformities and implement corrective and preventative actions

　　Qualifications

　　5+ years of experience as a quality management role in a food or beverage manufacturing environment

　　Proven success implementing quality strategies and influencing employees to follow quality procedures
