Job Skills / Requirements

HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is currently hiring experienced Shift Leads inLithia Springs, GA. Multiple shifts/days are available with pay rate of$23.00/hr., paid weekly

The ideal candidate will provide leadership to employees and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Assisting in the administration of the account by training, developing, and motivating the site security personnel to effectively perform day-to-day job duties.

Training subordinate staff on software systems, procedural guidelines, and company policies and enforcing consistency in policy practice.

Respond to critical system alerts immediately and provide communication to management team

Document all alerts for tracking and group distribution notification

Utilize access control system and monitor facility

Monitor all systems and create accurate documentation

Maintain the security of confidential information and data

Monitor video surveillance system

Dispatch security officers, responders, or facilities staff to specific incidents

Interface directly with emergency responders

Maintain key systems

Perform camera inspections during the shift of interior and exterior

Communicate with senior corporate leaders all incidents affecting site population and systems

Maintain site wide radio communications

Provide direction to the security team as required

The requirements for the Shift Leads include:

Three (3) or more years of related experience and supervision in the security industry.

Experience in IT, Security or Security Command Centers

Ability to learn and interact with existing and new technologies.

Advanced experience with access control platforms

Advanced experience with video surveillance systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems

Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications

Demonstrated knowledge of Incident Command system

Complete tasks with minimal supervision

Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills.

A Security Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123

High School diploma or equivalent

Drivers License
