　　Responsibilities:

　　Review and analysis of business requirements and functional and technical specifications for validity and feasibility

　　Development of comprehensive and well-structured test strategy, test plan, test, case, and automated test script

　　Functional and non-functional testing

　　Execution of manual and/or automated testing on new and existing features with high-quality test data

　　Defect tracking and analysis in collaboration with cross-functional team members, and test reporting

　　Creation and maintenance of quality-related documentation

　　Product review and continuous improvement activities

　　Requirements:

　　Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

　　Demonstrable involvement in software testing disciplines, preferably with professional qualifications from MSTB or ISTQB

　　Experience with automated testing tools on databases as well at user interface level

　　Experience in web, mobile, and performance testing

　　Knowledge of quality strategy, process, and tools is advantageous

　　Working knowledge of Java, XML, and various types of operating systems: Unix, Windows, Linux, etc is advantageous

　　Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

　　Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and self-motivated

　　Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English

　　Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

　　Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
