Manages deliverables and mentors junior team members. Set thearchitectural direction for the global test team. Design modular,reusable frameworks Develop a test automation roadmap and drive itsimplementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesivearchitecture viewpoint. Gather and analyze data and developarchitectural requirements. Contribute in driving initiatives such asdefining coding standards and processes to ensure quality code isproduced. Reuse existing code appropriately wherever possible; drivessame behaviors across team while coaching other developers to improvetheir code quality. Develop and enhance the test infrastructure andcontinuous integration framework used across teams. Determine testingbest practices and principals and promotes them across the organization.Work with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions.Provide functional and technical expertise in bug fixes. Provide subjectmatter expertise in the quality engineering, manages test plans andtesting methodology for software projects. Use test automationtechniques (data driven, pairwise, mocking, test hooks) that fit theproblem space. Understands designing and coding for testability toproduce quality code with the lowest cost.
