　　Works with scheduling to ensure the completion of assignments, and stages parts for each employee in the assembly department.Performs bench or line assembly operations to produce all components of towing equipment by performing the following duties.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Informs supervisor of personnel, performance, and quality issues, and supports resolution of ongoing issues.

　　Assist assemblers with job assignments.

　　Mentor and train new employees.

　　Plan and communicate within the department for effective setups.

　　Plan and communicate with Material Handlers for effective material handling to and from assembly area.

　　Places parts in specified relationship to each other.

　　Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together.

　　Tends machines, such as a hydraulic press, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.

　　Works at different work stations as production needs require.

　　Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.

　　Other duties may be assigned.

　　Education and Experience:

　　High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Large Wrecker product line, production orders, LN System, and clearing shortages is preferred.
