Description

　　Our client is seeking a Manual QA for an immediate project! The preferred candidate will be local to Minnesota.

　　This QA Analyst is responsible for testing changes to the platform to minimize the number of defects that get into production and partnering with others to perform acceptance, regression, and smoke testing. You will be helping to write test cases and test fixtures, perform test runs, and guiding automation engineers on the correct way to automate regression and smoke tests.

　　High-level Job Requirements:

　　· Manage quality across all application tiers: back-end, business and front-end

　　· Support existing applications by reproducing reported defects

　　· Participate in design and code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

　　· Communicate continuously with business stakeholders, developers, and QA

　　Requirements

　　Two-year or four-year college degree from a regionally accredited college or university preferred

　　Microsoft Office proficiency required

　　Experience with iterative test planning and execution

　　Experience with large scale performance testing and tools

　　Experience working in an Agile-based environments

　　Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
