　　Develop automated processes for the application build pipeline

　　Develop automated processes for the application release/deploy pipeline

　　As-needed deployments to development environments

　　Scheduled deployments to internal validation environments

　　Deployments to all production environments

　　Develop automated processes and procedures for initial environment configuration, including infrastructure automation

　　Utilize, communicate, and enforce coding standards

　　Seek and participate in personal development opportunities to maintain a detailed knowledge of industry standards, engineering best practices, and business needs

　　Provide Technical Support - bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production within defined SLA

　　Work in a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

　　Adhere to development processes and workflows

　　Deliver server maintenance for Deltek’s Cloud Professional Service Products, configuration changes and security configurations.

　　Troubleshoot upgrade and release related issues.

　　Provision of L3/L4 support to troubleshoot complex problems, provide software fault diagnosis and resolve operational issues.

　　Coordinate with a globally distributed team to continually drive our application delivery projects to success.

　　Show accountability in creating process improvement initiatives.

　　Take responsibility for management of internal team projects to completion.

　　Perform responsibilities of a Cloud Implementation Engineer to assist with application installation as needed.

　　Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications:Must-have skills/ experience:

　　5 years' experience in using various programming or scripting languages such as Powershell and Python or similar well known language.

　　3 years' experience in using MSSQL, Oracle, or similar database system.

　　Experience in creating simple to complex query, creating SQL scripts and creating stored procedure is required for Vision and VantagePoint Products.

　　Experience in running scripts and in back-up and restore is required for Maconomy Products.

　　3 years' experience in supporting any of the following fields:

　　Enterprise customer-facing application, computing platforms and systems; or

　　Operation, Automation, DevOps, Release Engineer, Service Reliability Engineer or similar field.

　　L3 and L4 Application troubleshooting experience with ability to identify and document root cause of application issues.

　　Experience in using public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or other similar cloud providers

　　Willing to work on permanent weekend day shift and amenable to changes on schedule depending on business needs.
