Qualified Landscape Laborer
Job Duties: Position offered is for an experienced landscape laborerwith a minimum of three months experience in landscape labor who canwork with and model company landscaping methods and procedures with upto 3 peers, mowing, weed trimming, and raking or clean-up of leaves withblowers. Also, installation, pruning, and trimming of plants, trees, andshrubs, placing and tilling dirt, mulch, compost, and sod. Generallandscape labor using landscape equipment for landscape installation andmaintenance. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Liftingrequired up to 50 pounds. Work performed on local area jobsites withemployer provided transportation to and from the jobsites from acentralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.
3 months of experience required. On the job training. No educationrequired.
\$17.69 - \$19.31/hr. based on experience and performance. \$26.54 -\$28.97/hr. O.T. Employer will offer 40 hours/wk. of work with hour oflunch each workday, 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m., M-F, Some O.T. and weekends maybe available, but is not guaranteed.
17 positions available for temporary, full-time, peak-load work.
Dates of Employment Offered: 04/01/2024- 12/20/2024.
Jobsites located in: Maricopa, Yavapai, Pima, and Pinal Counties.Employer provided transportation to and from area jobsites from acentralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.

The employer will use a single workweek for computing wages due. Paywill be bi-weekly.

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer willreimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the placeof recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the workcontract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provideor pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation andsubsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequentemployment with another employer. The amount of transportation paymentor reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonablecommon carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will beprovided at a rate of \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of\$59.00 per day with receipts.
H2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in thefirst workweek.
The employer will provide, without charge, all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the job duties.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least of theworkdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
