ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an QA/UAT Coordinator, you will be working within Audible's APAC Marketing Operations team and support 3 countries (AU, JP, IN). Based in Sydney, you will support us in the end to end quality control of promotions, email, push notifications and customer journeys, preserving trusting relationships with our customers. In this role, you will focus on reviewing and testing and providing recommendations for improvements on Outbound (email and push) and Promotions flows and experiences - from campaigns and templates, to proposed targeting segments and monitoring and continuously improving upon existing customer journeys. The position is a 12 month contract.
ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about testing campaigns and have relevant experience from previous roles. Business fluency in Japanese is desirable but not required.

Key job responsibilities
As the QA Coordinator you will...
- Test end to end customer flows across outbound and promotions to ensure a functional and frictionless customer experience
- Support with reporting of ongoing campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, business and technical teams to collect requirements and then turn them into concrete test cases
- Work with MOPS team and marketing stakeholders to improve project process and results.
- Owner of specific program implementation for team, including Litmus
- Find issues with our systems or templates, create in-depth bug tickets and change requests for our development teams in Newark and India, as well as local marketing colleagues
- Fix or support the fix of bugs that are raised for live marketing campaigns. Raise where there are issues with campaigns that are pre-production so stakeholders can fix
- General support of our daily business, including supporting our Promo team members with Promo QA and all members of MOPS with specific Production projects if required

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of test experience
- Good, practical, understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.), but no programming experience required
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira and similar)
- Familiarity testing UX/CX flows, preferably with a focus on subscription services or general marketing, use of systems like Litmus a plus
- Familiarity with test case repository tools, such as Test Rail
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to write and maintain extensive test strategies, plans and cases.
- Structured and systematic way of working with close attention to details
- Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience) with a strong customer focus
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Love of testing things that are hard to test
