　　Pay Rate: $30.00/hr.

　　Description

　　We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team. As a plumber, you will play a vital role in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in plumbing techniques and knowledge of building codes will ensure the effective and efficient functioning of water supply, drainage, and ventilation systems.

　　Responsibilities

　　Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and equipment

　　Inspect and test plumbing systems to identify and diagnose issues

　　Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems

　　Collaborate with team members to plan and execute plumbing projects

　　Adhere to safety protocols and comply with building codes and regulations

　　Provide excellent customer service and address clients' plumbing needs and concerns

　　Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs

　　Requirements

　　Journeyman Plumber License: Hold a valid journeyman plumber license.

　　Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations

　　Experience: Demonstrate basic experience in framing, drywall, flooring, wall tile, doors and trim, windows, onyx wall panels, and plumbing fixtures.

　　Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

　　Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment

　　Ability to work independently or as part of a team

　　Outstanding customer service and communication skills
