To support a growing portfolio of technically challenging projects we want to add to our global team of high performing Project Management professionals at our European Headquarters in Hersham Surrey. This role will suit current high achievers looking to advance their careers with the world leader in industrial and process gases.
We are looking for a Project Managers to deliver EPC projects involving high technology industrial gas plants, with a particular focus on medium scale EPC projects. You will be expected to bring projects to completion under stringent safety, schedule, quality, and budget constraints.
As the Project Manager, you will
Support the Business team in preparing proposals identifying the Scope of work and Project Execution Strategy, for estimating purposes and for presentation to customers.
Deal with customers (internal and external) throughout the proposal and project execution stages.
Provide leadership and management to ensure smooth project development and execution, with careful management of risks and changes, to meet contract and project deliverables.
Transition to the construction site, continuing with the project leadership through construction, also interfacing with Air Products Operations and the customer for successful and safe commissioning and start-up.
Act as the key interface with the clients with primary concern for the safe, on-budget, and on-schedule execution of projects.
To be a successful Project Manager, you will have:
Degree qualified (engineering).
Excellent project management experience gained in an EPC/EPCM environment.
Previous Air Separation, Hydrogen or similar project experience would be beneficial.
A transparent track record of supporting or leading multi-discipline engineering design and construction projects (
