We have a job opening for an Assembler 1 in our Ontario, California location. This is a first shift position, Monday through Friday, 6:00am –2:30pm.

You are responsible for

Loading materials into production machines

Removing, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished products

Collecting and disposing of garbage and production waste according to the organization’s waste removal and recycling policies

Cleaning production equipment and work areas

May participate in projects as a team member in the development of skills, talents, and teamwork to support improvement projects

Expected to demonstrate the Philips Behaviors, treat all team members with respect, and value their feedback

You are part of

Philips Oral Healthcare assembly department based in Ontario, CA.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent

Have good communication skills with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions

Capability to use a computer and enter accurate data and focus on detail

Must be flexible to the changing needs of the department business and will work overtime as needed

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $17.29 to $19.06, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as anannual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
