Analyze process from concentrate through filtration using refractometer, spectrophotometer, turbidimeter, titrator, colorimeter and vitamin C titrator using specifications to ensure raw product integrity. Monitor finished product quality using before mentioned instruments. Maintain accurate, detailed and complete documentation to ensure finished product integrity.
