NBS LVIV is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our Digital Marketing and Data Integration team. This role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our integrations for Twilio Segment CDP and Braze platforms, as well as other related systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, campaign managers, and other team members to identify and address any issues and continuously improve our testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Twilio Segment CDP, Braze, and other system integrations.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing requirements and ensure that they are properly implemented.
Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
Provide regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and overall product quality.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement QA best practices and processes.
Continuously research and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve the overall quality of our products.
Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for QA processes, test plans, and test cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Knowledge of software development processes, including Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
Experience in API testing, preferably with RESTful APIs and web services.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Desired Skills:
Experience with testing Twilio Segment CDP and Braze platform integrations.
Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
Experience working in a distributed team or remote work environment
