Job Description

　　• Support tactical purchasing activities and execute transactional tasks.

　　• Execute transactional tasks according to the assigned Plant(s) being supported by GBS Manila. Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders and ensure completion of the purchasing cycle up to closing of POs. Track orders to ensure timely delivery. Follow up with the suppliers, as needed to confirm or change orders.

　　• Liaise with requestors, accounts payable associates, and/or warehouse staff to ensure completion of the PO cycle from creation to closing. Requires minimal involvement in the post purchase activity such as GR-IR resolutions.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Engineering, Business or Finance

　　Preferably with knowledgeable in Lean methodologies but not required

　　Fresh Graduate to one (1) year work experience

　　Experience handling / participating in process improvement initiatives through internship or previous work experience

　　Self-starter and shows potential in delivering results

　　Able to work in local and international setting.

　　Amenable to work in night shift
