Purchasing Agent

　　We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to join our team. As a Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services for our organization. You will collaborate with internal team members, maintain excellent vendor relationships, and ensure efficient purchasing processes to meet organizational needs.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products/services based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from creating purchase requisitions to finalizing purchase orders and tracking deliveries. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements and develop procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency. Review and analyze purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers, cultivating partnerships that ensure reliable and timely delivery of goods and services. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to drive strategic sourcing initiatives. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain proper documentation. Maintain accurate purchasing records, including contracts, inventory levels, pricing details, and supplier information. Implement and leverage procurement software and tools to streamline the purchasing process, improve traceability, and generate insightful reports for decision-making.Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management) are a plus. 2. Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent or in a similar procurement role, demonstrating a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation skills. 3. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement practices, including market analysis, contract management, and supplier evaluation. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders at all levels. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detail. 6. Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to generate comprehensive reports and presentations. 9. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 10. A high level of integrity and ethical conduct while managing supplier relationships and confidential information.Benefits:
