MOVE Staffing is looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to join our dynamic team at a leading Sonic Drill Rig manufacturing company. As a Purchasing Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient procurement of materials and components essential to the production of our cutting-edge drilling equipment.

　　Duties:

　　Responsible for procuring and purchasing activities on assigned projects/vendors.Prepares, reviews and issues purchase orders.Maintain the integrity of the material master, ensuring that every material and vendor information is complete, accurate, and updated in SAGE.Research, evaluate and select vendors/suppliers based upon their reputation and performancehistory, production and distribution capabilities, ability to achieve and maintain quality of standards, delivery time, product selection and availability, service, and support

　　Negotiate and administer contracts with vendors and service providers.Maintain accurate digital and/or paper procurement of purchased and vendor records.Ensures that all contract procedures are followed and executed in a purchasing ethical manner.Maintain inventory by evaluating and monitoring inventory requirements, assessing potential stockout risks, and managing purchased inventory to ensure stockouts are avoided.Liaise with engineering, production, and sales to confirm purchasing requirements, product launches, engineering changes, future material requirement forecast, and timely purchase of goods to meet customer demands.Liaises with Quality Department to report defective or unacceptable goods or services.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
