Formulate program and project goals, objectives, operating policies, strategic program plans, guidelines, standards, and priorities. Qualifications All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, which must include the following experience: planning, directing and overseeing a variety of public health programs that involve managing resources, funding, budgeting, contracts, and other operational support activities. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. College or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
