Job Description: Our client is seeking Seasoned SAP oil and gas analyst for HVC value stream transformational implementations. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across "Client "and SAP teams to execute SAP Activate methodology driving a fit to standard approach and delivering quality technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: You will dive into the details of workstreams and working with the team to deliver the right solution. Development of detailed business process designs and associated documentation. Development of detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build. Test and track business requirements through implementation Will work closely with architects, developers, technical services teams to perform job functions and responsibilities, minding integration between activities and other sub-teams to ensure efficiency. Participate in continuous learning activities while also serving as BA to Facilitate requirement gathering, Testing and Documentation. Travel: Workshops, testing/ approval periods. Required Basic Qualifications: Screening Instructions SAP Oil and Gas (SAP Hydrocarbon downstream) IT design experience in SAP Education:Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, finance, or other related areas. Work experience and technical expertise Minimum 5 years of work experience in SAP implementations in one of the core SAP module including SAP MM/ SAP SD /SAP TD/TM. Good understanding of relevant business processes in Hydrocarbon Value Chain (HVC) and experience of at least 1 year in IS Oil downstream project. Familiar with design objects for TSW topics, IPW, HPM, Ticket actualization. Interpersonal skills Superb collaboration and communication skills - written and oral. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent organizational and time management skills. Complete work tasks as assigned by leadership team and be able to work independently and as a part of the team. Preferred: SAP certification in S/4HANA with in any one of SAP module- SAP MM/ SAP SD /SAP TD/TM. Knowledge, understanding, and integrations of the following SAP modules like: FI-AP/AR, Tax, MM, SD,TM to identify gaps in current design and provide solutions to meet current and future requirements Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $75.00-$90.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
