Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst for a thriving Las Vegas area company. Ideal candidates possess effective communication skills, enjoy team collaboration, and have a strong background in financial modeling.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage expectations and handle large amounts of information

　　Explain internal and external drivers impacting performance

　　Develop monthly reports for business partners

　　Collaborate with Accounting on financial close processes

　　Provide Business Intelligence for decision support

　　Collaborate on strategic financial models with senior executives

　　Conduct forecasting reports and assess opportunities and risks

　　Ensure plan execution with cross-functional partners

　　Drive P& L forecasting and division level reporting

　　Track monthly and quarterly performance, comparing actuals versus expectations

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

　　3+ years of financial and/or data analysis experience

　　Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting

　　Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis and business intelligence tools

　　Ability to analyze and explain internal and external factors influencing financial performance trends

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and senior executives
