　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　We are looking for an experienced Release Manager to drive the release management activities required to bring to market acquired products. This person will lead the planning and execution of the development plan.

　　Key responsibilities will include helping Development organize and manage scope, work and quality, driving the team to finish tasks promptly and correctly. Working closely with the product management team to define the team roadmap of work to be delivered.

　　This person will perform or facilitate compliance processes such as open-source clearance, security and privacy reviews, export classification, Accessibility, etc. - working with the Compliance and Security Leads as needed, maintaining release repositories where key information and evidence is stored.

　　Provides status related metrics and reports, help host team Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives and playbacks as well as understand and articulates risks and escalates to appropriate leadership.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　At least 5 years of experience with IBM software development and release management (cloud and/or on-premises)

　　Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
