　　Job Description

　　Under broad direction, responsible for coordinating and implementing best practices/actions to enhance the performance of a Sub-PSL or group of Sub-PSLs in order to achieve the desired PSL strategy and business plan. Interfaces with the technology, manufacturing, business development and marketing on strategic and tactical issues. Under broad direction, assess service delivery requirements and coordinates the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA) (multiple districts). Supervises the day-to-day activities of individuals performing well site service work and job/resource planning roles. Assesses service delivery requirements for each job within assigned NWA (multiple districts). Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center’s viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Job role contributes directly to value creation. Completion of an undergraduate degree in production and operations management, industrial engineering, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Halliburton Product Service Line (PSL) field operations.
