Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.S. in an appropriate field of study from an accredited college
Professional Engineering License required
4+ years of related experience
AutoCAD and Revit 3D skills preferred
Essential Job Functions:
Knowledge and high degree of skill in determining project requirements, setting the project scope of work, determining design budgets, and review of contracts
High degree of understanding and ability to communicate and coordinate with members of the Design Team
Aware of and able to comply with the overall project construction and design budget, schedule, and contract requirements
Coordinate team members to achieve project goals and schedules
High degree of skill managing multiple objectives, clients, contractors, third parties, and internal project team members
