This position will support the customer by facilitating and prioritizing value of multiple software products. The Proxy Product Owner will assist in creating continuity between external agencies (stakeholders) and Product Owner. The Proxy Product Owner will support the product teams and users by creating the product vision, roadmap, use cases, user stories, and user acceptance criteria as appropriate for integration with external partner organizations. They will assist in helping plan, execute, and participate in product reviews, backlog prioritization, product planning, retrospectives, daily stand ups, testing activities, and application user forums to evaluate performance towards successfully addressing user and mission needs. They will assist Product Teams in identifying industry standard, community accepted processes for requirements management, software development, software testing and certification, operational acceptance, risk, security, and configuration management. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions.ResponsibilitiesEngage with directly with product stakeholders, possess a deep understanding of product requirementsAssist stakeholders and product development teams in determining if delivered product solutions are meeting their requirements; facilitate necessary documentation for government engagement with product development teamsCommunicate government defined product visions to the product development teams and production stakeholdersDevelop use cases and user stories as requestedDevelop and maintain product backlogsOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudicationBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years' experience as an RF/EW engineerExperience with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholdersExperience with working in agile software development environmentsSelf-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills in fast paced, collaborative environmentDesired Qualifications:Experience using JIRA and ConfluenceProfessional certifications in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scrum Master, and/or Certified Agile Leadership (CAL)Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or related fieldsGlobal CompThis represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.Closing StatementRiverside Research Institute is a not-for-profit, technology-oriented defense company, where service to our customers and suppor
