Position

SAS has an opening for a Property Protection Representative. Different shifts available.

Job Responsibilities

Patrolling property on foot and with golf cart.

Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.

Permitting entry to authorized personnel as needed.

Record keeping of events and irregularities.

Contacting Supervision, Police, Fire, or Alarm Monitoring as needed

Opening premises, turning on lights, and other equipment as identified.

Other duties that are function specific to the shift or location.

Must be licensed to drive a vehicle in the state of Texas.

Physical Requirements

Physical labor is often necessary for 8 hours or more per day with breaks approximately every two hours including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping, feeling, talking, and hearing

Good vision in order to make general observations of the facilities or structures and any activities taking place.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.

Employee will be subject to indoor and outdoor conditions.

Education Experience Requirements

High School diploma or equivalents

Previous Security/Guard experience is a plus

Hours

Able to work day and night hours including weekends. Different shifts available.
