  Koniag Data Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Property Management Specialist to support KDS and our government customer in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. This is a Hybrid opportunity.

  The Property Management Specialists will perform full property and inventory management for organization supply services. In this role you will perform day-to-day operations pertaining to receipt, issue, inventory, transfer, turn-in, and asset adjustments.

  Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  Perform receiving, inspection, inventorying, loading, unloading, storing, delivering, and turning in of organization and Installation supplies and equipment.

  Conduct inventory of shipments, annotate and report discrepancies.

  Generate DD 250 to add assets to APSR.

  Process requests for local purchases and inquiries regarding supply status

  process various GCSS-A and / or DPAS reports to manage materials and reconcile all records in APSR to ensure validity of the stock record account.

  Manage filing system in accordance with ARIMS for transaction documents to include forms DD from 1348-1, DA form 1687, DA form 2062, DD form 2765-1, DA form 3161, DA form 4949, DD 250, and DA form 5504 / 2704 etc.

  Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  High school diploma.

  Required to obtain/maintain GCSSA/DPAS certification.

  Proficient in the use of Department of Defense (DoD) Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) automated logistics system, Army Standard Tactical Enterprise Logistics Systems (TELS) Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A) and / or DoD Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)

  Knowledge and experience of assets management through effective management and maintenance of property books, hand receipts, and sub-hand receipts using GCSS-A and / or DPAS within the past three (3) to five (5) years.

  Demonstrated familiarity with standard supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions relating to requisitioning, receipt and control of supply items and familiarity with logistics automated supply data to enter, correct, and retrieve recurring supply documentation.

  Working Environment & Conditions

  This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

  This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

  The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
