Description

　　Client Executive and Subject Matter Expert, Property and Casualty

　　Brief Posting Description and Responsibilities include:

　　Serve as lead relationship manager for assigned customer group

　　Lead Huntington Insurance Team in solution identification, marketing and design of insurance program placement on specifically assigned group of customers

　　Possess a high degree of Property and Casualty market knowledge and technical expertise

　　Collaborate with a team to insure large complex accounts across agency footprint

　　Prioritize effectively and respond in optimal time frames while working in a fast paced environment

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's Degree preferred

　　• Property & Casualty insurance license and standard or advanced insurance designation or equivalent preferred

　　• 10+ years of commercial insurance experience with expertise in at least 1 industry segment or P&C line of business

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　• Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize

　　• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor

　　• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

　　• Problem solving skills/ability to handle complex issues

　　• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

　　• Strong PC and Internet skills to include at least an intermediate user level of Microsoft Excel and Word required

　　Major Responsibilities:

　　Serve as lead relationship manager on existing book of business, procuring retention of customers

　　Provide Placement Expertise in Property and Casualty to an assigned book of business

　　Assist team members in identification and placement of coverage solutions for current and upcoming risks

　　Establish and Maintain carrier relationships

　　Share market intelligence with team members on specific areas of expertise

　　Participate in Agency Growth Initiatives

　　Participate with team members in Client Facing interactions

　　Collaborate with other Subject Matter Experts on strategy and execution

　　Provide Technical Support to Insurance colleagues

　　Collaborate with other Subject Matter Experts to deliver training to team members

　　Partner with Claims Department to assist in coverage negotiation during complex claims

　　Assure the delivery of risk management solutions, including

　　Coverage and Policy reviews

　　Loss Control Visits

　　Claim reviews, and Stewardship Meetings
