Description

　　Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Property Accountant. This Property Accountant will have experience in accounting and property management, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you.

　　What you get to do every single day

　　Assemble income statement and balance sheet analyses monthly for management reporting

　　Maintain fixed-asset ledger, depreciation and reconciliation

　　Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end financial statements/reporting packages

　　Work up intricate account reconciliations and journal entries

　　Support the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls

　　Manage capital lease and monthly payment schedules

　　Analyze financial data and summarize in a clear, useful manner

　　The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 + annual discretionary bonus.

　　Requirements

　　Experience with industry specific accounting software

　　Multi-Entity or Multi-Location Accounting preferred

　　Previous experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred

　　Command of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills

　　Super organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must

　　Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
