Well established and growing commercial real estate company is looking for a property accountant to join their team. If you have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, a minimum of 5 years of property accounting experience, Yardi and advanced excel skills, then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation of financial statements, analysis of various balance sheet/income statement accounts and month-end close for several commercial shopping centers in various states.

Prepare journal entries, accruals and reconcile several G/L accounts.

Analyze and prepare year-end CAM reconciliations

Prepare and analyze properties cash flow, debt service payments, security deposit transfers and equity distributions.

Assist with year-end audit
