Description

　　My client in Boulder is seeking a Property Accountant to join their stable and tenured accounting team in Boulder. As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a diverse property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate accounting, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliation, and hands-on experience with real estate ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or a similar.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversee day-to-day accounting activities for a portfolio of properties.

　　Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to real estate operations.

　　Perform detailed CAM reconciliations, including the analysis of expenses and preparation of reconciliation statements.

　　Work closely with property managers and vendors to resolve discrepancies.

　　Generate and analyze financial reports for property performance.

　　Provide insights into financial trends and variances.

　　Utilize real estate ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or similar for efficient and accurate financial management.

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate accounting.

　　Experience with CAM reconciliation processes.

　　Proficiency in real estate ERP systems (Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or similar).

　　Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus, but relevant experience will be considered.

　　Skills and Attributes:

　　Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles.

　　Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

　　Problem-solving and analytical skills.
