Project/Task Supervisor

HOW A PROJECT/TASK SUPERVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

● Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises up to 15 employees.

● Describe interactions with the team to achieve the mission

●Indicate how they will work with the team to resolve challenges

● Highlight any unique team dynamics

● Add relevant responsibilities and describe why work is meaningful

●Specify how they will use relevant skills or technologies in the role

Project/Task, Supervisor

• Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned task(s), including contract and subcontractor management.

• Supervises assigned staff.

• Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.

• May perform high-level technical services on assigned task(s).

• Conducts planning and provides recommendations to customer on task workload.

• Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary customer liaison.

• Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other Government staff on behalf of the customer.

• Coordinates development of deliverables and products.

• Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.

• Participates in special projects, as required.
