　　   Des Moines Public Schools is seeking two Science Curriculum Coordinators to serve at the middle school and high school level.A Science of STEM endorsement is required. In addition, an ELL endorsement is preferred.Job Summary:The Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for the development, management, and implementation of high-quality curriculum that is guaranteed and viable for every student. The Curriculum Coordinator will work within and across district departments to engage school leaders, teachers, and stakeholders in program development and implementation.

　　Successful candidates for this position will possess:Valid Iowa teaching license (appropriate endorsement code for subject area).Five years successful teaching experience. Building or district level leadership experience. Experience designing and facilitating professional development for small and large groups ofadults.
