System One is actively seeking a Project Support Coordinator for a long-term contract position located in Roseville, MN.

　　This position will primarily focus on supporting the organization’s project team with the processing of data, database manipulation, reviewing of data, engaging with customers, and the ordering and tracking of materials.

　　Project Support Coordinator Responsibilities:

　　Attend meetings regularly throughout the day.

　　Process and review data.

　　Order and track materials.

　　Validate data and manipulate said data as needed.

　　Relay important information related to the project to the Project Manager.

　　Monitor communications relating to the project.

　　Contact customers and provide support as needed.

　　Follow up on requests from the project team to support the execution of the project.

　　Project Support Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:

　　5 years of experience in supporting projects, administration, and/or supply chain management is preferred in lieu of a 4-year degree in Business or related field.

　　Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Office, Excel, and Outlook.

　　Experience in database manipulation.

　　Customer Service experience.

　　Strong attention to detail.

　　Work schedule: Hybrid schedule, working onsite 1 day per week.

　　Work Location: Roseville, MN

　　Pay Rate: $22.00- $24.00 based on experience
