We are seeking a Dedicated and Compassionate Director of Nursing to join our team at our Behavioral Health Hospital in the Tucson/Yuma area.
Responsibilities: The Regional Director of Nursing provides nursing oversight to the nurses in the crisis, inpatient, and transition point programs within their assigned region.? Responsible for coordinating with Medical Leadership to develop, review, and update medical protocols, policies, and clinical guidelines.? Manages the nursing education program for all CBI nursing staff in collaboration with the nurse education department. The Regional Director of Nursing assists in training Nursing Leadership positions and nursing staff to ensure that clinical operations are delivered in accordance with CBI Policies and Procedures.?
The Regional Director of Nursing will ensure that all facilities maintain their compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Administrative Code, Arizona Department of Health Services/Department of Behavioral Health Services Provider Manual, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, Community Bridges Policies and Procedures and clinical cost center budgets.?
Requirements:
Must have unencumbered license in the state of Arizona or compact state

Pay Details: $135,200.00 to $180,000.00 per year
