Project Structural Engineer LHB has an immediate opportunity for a Project Structural Engineer to join our Energy and Industry team. The position will be based in our Duluth or Minneapolis, Minnesota offices. Position Summary The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to: Work effectively in hybrid work environment Work closely with current and prospective customers to create new business opportunities Produce designs, drawings and specifications that our clients will use to execute their projects Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices, and functions in a lead engineering role for segments of projects including preparation of required design plans, applications, and reports Maintain high satisfaction ratings from clients through superior service, quality workmanship, timely production and quick project turnaround, and thorough understanding of client requirements Provide onsite engineering support including regular site visits Provide day-to-day guidance, motivation and development of subordinates Prepare forecasts of workload for assigned staff Supervise other engineers, designers, and technicians.
