Coordinate with program stakeholders to prepare and present progress on departmental technology programs, knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, process review and best practices for technology.
Communicate to Construction leadership trends and best practices for Construction process changes using relevant technology.
Develop business requirements to develop and to electronically capture field activities and field data in digital formats for review and processing in the Construction Work Exchange repository.
Benchmark and communicate best practices for capturing company field activities and conditions with the use of technology.
Support Construction organization on technology initiatives.
Conduct quality control activities to ensure organizational damage reporting is timely and accurate.
Identify opportunities to gauge schedule progress and where necessary, redirect efforts to ensure an "on schedule"/ "on budget" environment
Research and test available technologies to automate the capture of work components into the new CworX system.
Communicate between initiatives to ensure the proper synergies are being utilized throughout the project.
Research, review, and introduce technology to improve our field data capturing via new processes and technologies. programs which may include collaborations with R&D.
Perform related project tasks and assignments as required.
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of field construction experience or
Associate's Degree and 6 years of field construction experience or
High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of field construction experience
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Environmental Science and 3 years of field construction experienceRelevant Work Experience
Must possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with contractors, all levels of management, engineers, public officials, governmental and municipal agencies, and community board representatives. Required
Experience in review and implementation of Contract Specifications, drawings, scheduling and planning Required

Good presentation and analytical skills Required
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and provide emergency response inclusive when required. Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Required
Experience with digitalization concept to capture 3D images of field conditions, field work, and remote field data capture technologies Preferred

Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
Must work at field locations in all weather conditions
Must work in inclement weather and adverse conditions (i.e., excessive heat, cold, noise, confined spaces)
Must wear all necessary personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including; fire retardant clothing and safety harness when work with in the field.
