We are in search of a contract Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Real Estate Property industry, based in Walnut Creek, California. As a Customer Service Representative, you will contribute to our mission by assisting with membership dues reminders, responding to customer queries, and managing data entry tasks. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Communicate with members about their annual membership dues.

• Provide detailed responses to customer inquiries regarding the due amount and payment schedule.

• Carry out data entry tasks, recording details of client interactions for future reference.

• Send follow-up emails as per customer requests.

• Ensure a positive customer experience through proactive engagement and effective communication over the phone.

Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the Real Estate Property industry

• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

• Proficient in relevant computer applications and platforms

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Knowledge of the local real estate market would be advantageous

• High school diploma or equivalent; further training will be a plus
